The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office held a Veterans Day parade at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center this week.

Hospital staff brought veterans out on the lawn so they could watch and waive American flags as deputies drove by, with lights and sirens on as a salute to the folks who fought for our freedom.

In a Facebook post, the Sheriff's Office noted the veterans were "so cheerful and thankful and we were so honored to be able to celebrate them."
