Another cold weather city will get another Super Bowl.  The 2018 game will be hosted by Minnesota.

The NFL has told Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross that major renovations need to be made to Sunlife Stadium before another championship is played there, or even considered.  Ross reportedly has a new plan to get the stadium Super Bowl-worthy.

He'll still use his own money to fund the renovations, but has apparently discarded a plan to get property tax relief from Miami-Dade County.

There is hope that the stadium could be in the running for the 2019 Super Bowl.
