The jury in John Goodman's DUI manslaughter retrial will get to hear what the Wellington polo executive told deputies in the hours after the February 12, 2010 crash that killed Scott Wilson. In an order last Thursday, Palm Beach County Chief Circuit Judge Jeffrey Colbath dealt another blow to the defense when he ruled those statements may be used as evidence - as they were during Goodman's first trial two years ago. The Sun Sentinel reports the judge last week sided with prosecutors to have a state arbiter review a defense claim that Goodman's blood test results are flawed because of alleged non-compliance with Florida Department of Law Enforcement rules.
