A Palm Beach County Uber driver has been arrested after allegedly kidnapping and raping a woman he picked up in Jupiter.
Gary Kitchings is accused of telling the victim that he had a gun and would kill her if she didn't comply with his demands. Cops say the man sexually battered the victim in his vehicle and again at her home.
According to reports, Kitchings is a foster parent and the Sheriff's Office says he was arrested at the Kid Sanctuary Campus's Rubin Cottage. The non-profit claims to provide a safe home for abused, abandoned and neglected children in Florida.
