A teen died after drowning in an apartment complex pool over the weekend.
West Palm Beach Police say the 17-year old didn't know how to swim, but entered the pool at Malibu Bay near I-95 and Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard willingly Sunday afternoon.
Relatives tried unsuccessfully to rescue him.
The teen was taken to the hospital, where he died.
Experts now tell our CBS 12 partners that non-swimmers should never go in the water alone.
