A three hour standoff ended peacefully Monday after a man wanted for burglaries and at least one robbery surrendered to police.
28-year old Cameron Ahern barricaded himself on the roof of the clubhouse at the Boca Bayou Condos in southern Boca Raton.
Police say the man had robbed a Deerfield Beach Taco Bell earlier in the day then wound up at the condominium complex. That's where Boca Raton Police learned Ahern was the same man they had been looking for on burglary charges.
The SWAT team was brought out as the suspect refused to come off the roof until he eventually gave in was taken to jail without incident.
