Rents Up 5% In Jupiter Y-O-Y, Median Monthly Rental Rate In Boca Is $1,800

Vacancy Rate For U.S. Apartments Reaches Highest Rate In 20 Years

If you needed any more motivation to stop renting in Palm Beach County and purchase a home instead, the website Apartment List is out with its latest report showing the median prices to rent an apartment in various local cities. 

Boca Raton has the highest rent rates in the county.  The median price to rent a 2 bedroom apartment there is $1,800.  

In Boynton Beach, the same apartment has a median price of $1,630 a month.  

The biggest increase in rent year-over-year was in Jupiter, which is up 5 percent to $1,580 per month.  

Palm Beach Gardens' rental market saw a 4.4 percent hike and the median price is now $1,740 per month. 

The average increase in rent year over year around the state is 3.1 percent.
