Recently after some health issues, I have put on most of the weight that I lost a few years back and I have struggled to take it back off. Most of it is mental, some stress, but I also haven't limited my eating to lettuce and plain chicken every day... (I still enjoy a burger and fries or pizza once in a while). And yes that does play into the fact that I am having problems losing the weight.
This girl's video hit home for me on the way I have been treated by others. I do eventually win most people over with my attitude and the fact that I back up what I say I can do with the actions to prove it. But recently I have ended close relationships with people because they have felt the need to make comment of my "cottage cheese" legs or how slow I run. It sucks because here you are trying to do something better for your health and are still thrown to the wolves. damned if you do, damned if you don't.
I hope you watch her whole video and find that positive motivation to do something for yourself that makes you happy no matter what anyone says or thinks. <3
