Boynton Beach Police this month honored several officers and staff members.
They include the Detective of the Quarter, Agent Craig Hanning. He's credited with assisting the Detective Bureau in arresting or coordinating the arrest of seven violent offenders during the first three months of the year. The busts included a man who dragged a police officer with a car.
The department says Hanning doesn't hesitate to show up on a day off to work with the U.S. Marshals when they need help finding criminals in the area.
