Rewind: The premise of the impeachment inquiry of President Trump

The premise of the impeachment inquiry of President Trump

Bottom Line: From the day after the recommended indictment of former acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe in September, into impropriety pertaining to the 2016 Presidential election cycle, I’ve been crystal clear. There would be significant implications. Immediately there were. This Ukraine phone call thing came about. The stakes were too high and there are too many people involved for the kitchen sink to not be involved. That’s exactly what we got. Once again, the premise of this impeachment has nothing to do with a Ukraine phone call and a whistleblower who wasn’t a witness to a crime that was never committed. This is about the crimes committed in 2016. Once again this is what it’s all about:

This is a summation my 30 Count Indictment which I shared initially on the Mark Levin Show February 2nd, 2018...Both the DOJ and the FBI petitioned the FISA court to begin to surveil a Trump campaign adviser (Carter Page) on October 21st, 2016. The initial warrant on Carter Page was issued & renewed three times (every 90 days) - which lasted through the campaign, the election, the President-elect period and early days as President. Here how it happened.

  • Christopher Steele was paid over $160,000 by the DNC and Clinton campaign to create a dossier it via the law firm Perkins Coie & Fusion GPS
  • The purpose was to obtain "derogatory information" on Trump ties to Russia
  • Deputy AG Bruce Ohr's wife was employed during this time by Fusion GPS to cultivate the dossier with Steele
  • Deputy AG Bruce Ohr provided his wife's research, paid for by the DNC and Clinton campaign to the FBI
  • On September 23rd of 2016, Yahoo News ran a story linking Carter Page to Moscow that was later used in the FISA requests as corroborating evidence
  • Christopher Steele leaked the story to Yahoo News
  • FBI Director James Comey singed three warrants for FISA requests for surveillance
  • Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe signed one
  • Deputy AG’s, Sally Yates, Dana Boenta & Rod Rosenstein signed at least one
  • The funding of the dossier by the DNC & Clinton Campaign was never disclosed to the FISA court
  • The DOJ and FBI officials who signed off on it knew that the DNC & Clinton Campaign paid for it to be created
  • The FBI authorized an additional payment to Christopher Steele for the dossier once accepted by the FISA court
  • Steele was suspended and fired after revealing he was an FBI source to Mother Jones on October 30th
  • After being fired by the FBI he maintained contact with the Justice Department - specifically Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr and senior officials who were direct reports to Deputy AG's Salley Yates and later Rod Rosenstein
  • Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe testified in December of 2017 that the warrants wouldn't have been issued without the Dossier

That’s what this is all about. Desperate people do desperate things to try to save themselves. The Ukraine phone call is their final desperate act to wage the dog. The FISA abuse report from IG David Horwitz drops December 9th. Stand. By. For. News.
