The State of the Union has never been stronger
Bottom Line: Lowest unemployment rate in American history for all minorities. Lowest unemployment for everyone in fifty years. Record high wages. Record high retirement account balances. Record opportunity in the workplace. Even record credit scores. There are two sides to stories and one side to facts. Those are all facts and they are just scratching the surface of what our country has to offer.
President Trump couldn’t have been more correct in his assessment. Democrats couldn’t be more wrong for opposing his policies. Opposing his policies places them at odds with us. You didn’t have to vote for Donald Trump to benefit from the President’s policies. You don’t have to like the man to appreciate the opportunity his leadership has provided.
Politics, partisanship, it’s older than Democrats and Republicans but once upon a time this country mattered more to both political parties. The pettiness of Nancy Pelosi, the bitterness of her party, they’re the byproduct of what happens when they’ve placed their own power and ambitions ahead of yours.What we witnessed is a vision of what’s real represented by President Trump and Republicans.
We also witnessed what’s real with a desperate party awaking to the realization that their three-year effort to prevent our current reality by undermining our dully elected President has failed. You might say that’s why Nancy Pelosi tore up the script.
