Bottom Line: The most pervasive form of bias in news media remains omission. Yesterday, several listeners reached out to me after I mentioned the irony of President Biden traveling to Philadelphia, a bastion of election corruption, to chastise states like Florida, Georgia and Texas for efforts to pass reforms to enhance election integrity. This listener took the initiative to look up the example I cited. The story of Philadelphia Judge of Elections, Domenick Demuro, but was surprised that the only reporting he found – from the Philadelphia Inquirer – was from last year. He requested additional information from me with the sentencing information which happens next Tuesday - which I provided via the Heritage Foundation’s Voter Fraud database.
It truly is stunning that the President of the United States could go to a city where the Judge of Elections was only a week away from being sentenced for having accepted bribes to add fraudulent ballots to voting machines and falsely certify election results for Democrat candidates...and say that voter fraud is “The Big Lie” and that efforts taken by states like Florida, Georgia and being attempted by Texas are Jim Crow 2.0...and get away with it without anyone in national news media flagging the hypocrisy and citing the remarkable election corruption case of Philadelphia’s election judge!
In case you missed my reporting from yesterday... Via the Heritage Foundation’s Voter Fraud Database: According to the DOJ press release, Demuro “admitted that a local political consultant gave him directions and paid him money to add votes for candidates supported by the consultant, including candidates for judicial office whose campaigns actually hired the consultant, and other candidates for various federal, state and local elective offices preferred by that consultant for a variety of reasons. Demuro pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to deprive Philadelphia voters of their civil rights and one violation of the Hatch act.
Does proven election fraud come any clearer or can it be more alarming than a Judge of Elections from one of the country’s largest cities literally stuffing the ballot box for Democrats and falsely certifying election results for Democrat candidates? Yet crickets in your news media – including even the Philadelphia Inquirer since last year. It doesn’t fit the narrative that meaningful voter fraud isn’t real, and that Donald Trump is a liar. Thus, news media doing Biden and the Democrats bidding acts as though it doesn’t exist. But it does. And it has. In fact, Judge Demuro’s proven voter fraud dated back to at least the 2014 midterm election cycle. Incidentally, Demuro’s cases aren’t the only proven voter fraud case persecuted this year. There are currently 13 and counting thus far. If Donald Trump’s claim that voter fraud cost him the 2020 election is “The Big Lie”, Joe Biden in conjunction with his allies in new media are the biggest liars for saying meaningful voter fraud doesn’t exist. Next Tuesday Philadelphia's Judge of Elections will be sentenced in one of the most telling and instructive voter fraud cases in American history. Will anyone choose to cover it?
