Here are some of the ways you can honor the first responders and other victims of the September Eleventh attacks, on the 20th anniversary Saturday:

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office and Palm Beach County Fire Rescue will take part in the laying of a memorial wreath at the Patriot Memorial next to Village Hall on Forest Hill Boulevard.

That happens at 8:30 a.m.

West Palm Beach firefighters will climb 110 stories in solidarity to recognize the lives lost and the ones that continue to be lost from the tragic events of 9/11.

It happens at 515 Flagler Drive at 9 a.m.

A remembrance ceremony will be held at Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach Gardens, as the city invites people to remember those lost and then walk to the city's 9/11 Memorial, which consists of a steel beam from the World Trade Center.

The ceremony begins at 7 p.m.

The City of Boynton Beach will honor the victims in a ceremony being held at the Boynton Beach Amphitheater, beginning at 10 a.m.
