Tracking Trump - His first 30 days in office reveals he really is a work-a-holic - how he spent the month:

Bottom Line: President has long been known as a hard worker. He famously doesn't take vacations and only sleeps of 3 to 5 hours a day. Based on his first 30 days as President, that hasn't changed. Based on data aggregated by the Washington Post here are highlights and some states I was able to calculate based on their data:

  • 72% of the time in D.C.
  • 23% of the time in Florida (most commonly Mar-A-Lago
  • Most time spent working involved foreign affairs
  • Average time spent working per day (7 days/wk) 9.8%
  • Most time spent at leisure: Golf 25 hours during the month

So it's interesting window of insight into what the President is likely to continue to do as President and it's clear, that at nearly 70 hours of work per week, he's highly engaged.
