That's not the case. According to a study in the Archives of Sexual Behavior, sexual activity was rather static from the late 1980's (when the study began) through 2002. The most common predictor of sexual activity is still marriage. Not hook up apps or whatever. With fewer couples marrying and typical family formations taking place later in life as compared to the prior generations - there's less sexual activity taking place. It's refreshing to see that family values show up with prominence - even if society often under emphasizes them these days.
