New app tells you how dirty your house is & where it's worst:

Bottom Line: There's a good chance that you know many of heavily trafficked places in your home that become dirtiest fastest but are there surprises? Also are your floors much dirtier than you realize? These are just a couple of the questions that are answered with the latest technology from iRobot - the company behind the Roomba. The latest Roomba model does what the others have (theoretically better than previous models) plus a couple of cool new things.

The new Roomba comes with an app that takes the robotic cleaning device to a new technological level. The app has a map like depiction of your house. As your Roomba moves around cleaning it reflects how dirty or clean the floor is in specific locations. You can see that information in the app (which is available for iOS or Android devices). What's more is that the app works direction in conjunction with the Roomba. Want to start it or stop it? You can do it through the app. This could be helpful to use when you're at work and want it to run for example. Additionally, there's adaptation for Amazon's Alexa - that allows you to use voice commands for the Roomba through the app.
