The new dirty dozen? Bill Nelson and the eleven other Democrats that voted for Neil Gorsuch before pledging to vote against him:

Bottom Line: It's been well documented that SCOTUS nominee Neil Gorsuch won unanimous confirmation in the US Senate in 2006. Less has been made about the specific people behind those votes. Included are former senators: Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry and Joe Biden. While notable they're not terribly relevant in the context of this conversation however because they aren't voting on Gorsuch now. But there are a dozen Democrats who did vote for Gorsuch in 2006 that do have a vote. Not one of the dozen has indicated support this time. In fact many of them...most notably minority leader, Chuck Schumer, have been extremely outspoken in opposition to him. Here's the rub however. Aside from outrageous platitudes/rhetoric- there have been no specific examples of how Mr. Gorsuch went from unanimous consideration to so outside of the mainstream that Schumer is threatening a filibuster to attempt to avoid a vote from even taking place. Here are the "dirty dozen" if you will:

Chuck Schumer (D-NY)

Dianne Feinstein (D-CA)

Patrick Leahy (D-VT)

Maria Cantwell (D-WA)

Tom Carper (D-DE)

Dick Durbin (D-IL)

Robert Menendez (D-NJ)

Patty Murray (D-WA)

Bill Nelson (D-FL)

Jack Reed (D-RI)

Debbie Stabenow (D-MI)

Ron Wyden (D-OR)

You'll notice that Florida's senior senator is among the hypocrites.
