Bottom Line: WalletHub's out with their latest interesting research on how much stress we're carrying around with us broken out state by state.
To determine the states with the highest stress levels, WalletHub’s analysts compared the 50 states and the District of Columbia across 33 metrics. Here are some of the high/low points... Stress Levels in Florida (1=Most Stressed, 25=Avg.):
- 30th – Job Security
- 27th – Avg. Hours Worked per Week
- 22nd – Share of Adults Getting Adequate Sleep
