According to Trulia's research the city in SFL with the highest percentage of homes that are back to peak levels is Fort Lauderdale at nearly 10%. Otherwise we're seeing that based on municipality approximately 5%-6% of homes in given SFL communities are back to pre-housing crisis levels.
