The technology most commonly educating your kids (in the classroom) is...:
Bottom Line: Google. Several years ago when e readers and eBooks started to catch the attention of educators most thought that Apple, Amazon or Microsoft would be the go to's for the next generation of education. That hasn't played out thus far.
Right now an estimated 32 million kids are being educated by Google devices and products. The rollout of "Google Classroom", Google Docs and the affordable Chromebook to run it all has turned into a home run in the classroom. Google's digital educational tools reach more students than all others combined. In fact, here at home, the Palm Beach County School District is one of the many using Google apps for education.
It's my hope that we're close to eliminating the need for the traditional textbooks that your kids have to lug around. The cost of the Chromebook and Google tools aren't often significantly more expensive than the textbooks themselves.
