Bottom Line: X-Ray vision isn't a new thing but it also isn't any less creepy to think about. The last time I remember the American collective having a good ole' fashioned freak-out on the topic was the TSA adaptation of X-Ray scanners. This new scientific development potentially makes that controversy seem like child's play.

Research students from the University of Munich appear to be the first in the world to use Wi-Fi to create 3D images. In a research paper published in Physical Review Letters, the students demonstrated how they've created a technique to use Wi-Fi to get beyond walls and create images based on anywhere the internet goes. Now that's creepy! And potentially dangerous in the hands of the wrong people as well. While there isn't any immediate technology being created using this tactic, you can imagine there will be before long. First there were the concerns about your smart TV spying on you. Now your internet connection could potentially allow people to watch you!
