Tracking Trump for July 6th - What the President has been up to...

Bottom Line: The Trump administration had 118 total executive actions and a Supreme Court Justice to show for his Presidency through Wednesday morning. Following a Independence Day weekend of festive tweets including the President tweeting out old WWE footage of him body slamming a person who's head was covered by a CNN logo...  Here's what's happened since:

The Trump Tweets:

  • Gas prices  are the lowest in the U.S. in over ten years! I would like to see them go even lower.
  • Getting  ready to leave for Poland, after which I will travel to Germany for the G-20. Will be back on Saturday.
  • The  United States made some of the worst Trade Deals in world history. Why should we continue these deals with countries that do not help us?
  • Trade  between China and North Korea grew almost 40% in the first quarter. So much for China working with us - but we had to give it a try!
  • Congratulations  to the dedicated professionals of the USSS as they celebrate their 152nd anniversary. Thank you!➡️

In non-tweet related activity:

  • President Trump traveled to Warsaw, Poland
  • Held an address at the onset of the three day agenda overseas
  • Signed an executive order on the recreation of the National Space council (Actually was penned on June 30th) - from the executive order - Within 1 year of the date of this order, and annually thereafter, the Council shall submit a report to the President setting forth its assessment of, and recommendations for, the space policy and strategy of the United States Government.
