- Gas prices have dropped another three cents per gallon statewide today. The average price for regular unleaded is currently $4.64 per gallon. In Southeast Florida prices range from a low of $4.73 per gallon in Broward and Miami-Dade to $4.82 per gallon in Palm Beach County.
- Florida’s COVID-19 trend rose to near three-week highs on Monday. Florida’s weekly trend for daily Covid cases is now 10,716 – the highest since June 12th.
- An AP analysis of voter registration changes over the past year shows 70% of Floridians who’ve changed voter registration over the past year have reregistered as Republicans. That’s 12% higher than the national average. Republicans currently hold a record voter registration advantage in Florida.
- A new study of household bills shows South Florida communities dominate the list for having the highest monthly burdens. The five most expensive Florida communities for average monthly bills are #5 Jupiter, #4 Key West, #3 Windemere, #2 Pembroke Pines and #1 Wellington – where average monthly bills total $2,811. Florida currently ranks 18th nationally for the burden of total monthly bills.
