Only Two States Still Approve of President Joe Biden
Bottom Line: The greatest ongoing illusion is our sense of time. There are still 24 hours in a day (except for the two days a year we decide to have a time change, which is a whole other issue), however time always seems to move faster as time moves along. Next month we’ll have our primary elections in Florida and in only three and a half months the midterms will be upon us. But that's a national average. What’s most remarkable is what continues to play out within individual states.
Joe Biden won 25 states and the District of Columbia in route to winning the presidency. Now, there are only two states in the country in which he retains net positive approval. And those two states... Hawaii and Vermont. And even then, his approval rating is only 49% in Hawaii and 44% in Vermont. - 32%
When talking about record low approval ratings – naturally you’re going to see things you’ve not seen before. But it is truly remarkable to think that just 20 months ago he won these states and today only 32% of the voters approve of him. That’s a rather stunning fall and demonstrative of what a failure his presidency has been to date. Incidentally, President Biden’s approval rating currently sits at 30% approval to 60% disapproval in Florida. Polling has been around since the 1930’s. We’ve never seen anything like this.
