Title IX Gender ID Policy & Florida’s Altered Political State of Reality – Top 3 Takeaways – September 13th, 2022

  1. Dude looks like a lady. Think about just how much has changed since 1987 when Aerosmith rocked Dude Looks Like a Lady. Boy George was our favorite dude who looked like a lady. George Michael was a sex symbol for women and boys were boys and girls were girls – even if the boys liked boys and the girls liked girls. And nowhere along the way did any of us think that one day some boys who liked boys would decide they’re girls and expect to go through life treated as such. Dressing like one and pretending to biologically be one, just wasn’t something on Steven Tyler’s radar. Like for example, boys who identify as girls going into girls bathrooms and locker rooms. Or having boys who identify as girls competing as girls. These are outright absurdities but they’re also the current realities of the woke left which have permeated society. And it’s still being pushed from on high, as in President Biden’s administration. It was just recently President Biden announced the expansion of Title IX protections for boys who identify as girls, or men who identify as women as the case may happen to be. The expansion means mandatory access for boys who identify as girls, to girls bathrooms, locker rooms, and athletic competitions. While creepy Uncle Joe has been denying God, biology and logic in attempting to use your tax dollars to force this into reality in our schools, you’ve been making your voice heard. Like all government rule changes, there’s a mandatory period of public comment. It ended yesterday, and the response was recorded setting. Over 184,000 Americans voiced their concerns to the US Department of Education over the proposed Title IX changes. There’s been no indication that the Biden administration is prepared to back down from this abomination of a proposed rule change, but it’s yet another indication that we’re continuing to do a better job minding the store with education. It’s also hopefully an indication that record messages will be sent this November via votes to dump the wokes. It’s truly an absurdity among absurdities that female athletes are compelled to protest with signs which state “Keep women’s sports female” and “Say no to males competing as females”. How big of a tool bag do you have to be to attempt to force this biological absurdity on girls? How big of a scum bag do you have to be to mandate it? And Steven Tyler was surprised back then... he, nor we, saw this one coming.
  2. Altered state of reality. Election Day is less than two months away and silly season is upon us. That means polls showing Democrats will win everything and stories suggesting Democrats will win everything. And in Florida the extent of the absurdities is especially strong. Consider, the last time an average of the political polling showed a Republican winning the governor’s race on Election Day? 2006 – and even then, that was Charlie Crist, so yeah. If you’ve followed Florida’s polls over the cycles you’ve known that Alex Sink was to be governor, followed by Charlie Crist after Florida’s favorite political cameolon had fully converted from republican to independent to democrat and that our current governor is Tallahassee’s favorite bisexual criminal, Andrew Gillum. In fact, four years ago it wasn’t even supposed to be close. Gillum’s average advantage in the polls was four points over DeSantis. So, the more things change the more they stay the same and yesterday The Hill produced the story: Democrats see realistic path to victories in Florida. In it they cite the two most recent polls: One, from Susquehanna Polling and Research, found Charlie Crist, the Democratic nominee for governor, trailing DeSantis by a narrow 4-point margin, within the survey’s margin of error. The same poll found Rep. Val Demings, the Democratic Senate nominee, running just 3 points behind Rubio. Another poll, commissioned by the AARP, put the match-ups even closer. DeSantis led Crist by just 3 points, while Rubio held a slim 2-point advantage over Demings, according to the survey, which was conducted by the GOP firm Fabrizio Ward and the Democratic firm Impact Research. First, let that be a reminder.
  3. If you do business with AARP, all you’re doing is handing money to Democrats. Second, I don’t take any of these elections for granted, but I’ve also covered this game many times before. The only difference is typically they’re showing the republicans down four at this point which really paints a picture of what’s really likely going on. And speaking of altered reality. Within the story Miami DNC Committee member Thomas Kennedy is cited as saying... We’re in this weird dynamic where the Democrats here are the ones preaching small government and the right to privacy and for the government not to get involved in our personal lives. WOW! They really think you’re stupid and like their pandemic policy never happened. Small government? As in, the government can tell you if your business is even allowed to operate? Small government as in the school districts will close the schools and keep them closed despite having paid our taxes to keep them open? The right to privacy and staying out of our personal lives...what as in vaccine mandates to even be able work or to be entertained? These people can’t be serious. But they are. And so is the news media covering them. It’s an altered state of reality for sure. But it’s really a case of the more things change the more democrats, pollsters and news media covering them remain the same.
