Democrat Descent into the Dustbin of History – Top 3 Takeaways, November 3rd, 2025
Takeaway #1: A Ghost Brand
Halloween is over. Amazing weather in South Florida is here. The federal government shutdown is in its 34th day and because Democrats are waiting until after tomorrow’s Election Day in New York City, New Jersey and Virginia – to vote to reopen anything – it's clear that this partial shutdown will at least equal and probably exceed the previous 35-day level set by Democrats in 2019. As I mentioned in Friday’s Q&A: If you look at the RealClear Politics average of polls pertaining to party favorability – there's something in the side by side that jumps out at you. The Republican Party’s net favorability rating is 12-points higher than the record low favorability of the Democrat Party. The Democrat Party is currently only viewed favorably by less than 35% of this country. Specifically, we’ve seen the GOP’s favorability rise over the past month plus while DEMs, who were already at record lows, have fallen further in terms of the perception of the average American. Also, notably, favorability for the Republican Party has jumped by 8-points among independents during the partial shutdown too. While the Democrat machine continues to do its thing to obstruct what voters voted for last year, while selling out to the most radical elements of their base and to their new socialist leader –
Takeaway #2: Zohran Mamdani
-whom former President Obama, the closest thing Democrats have to a leader – personally reached out to over the weekend. Quoting Rueters – Obama “praised” Mamdani and offered to be a sounding board. What does that tell you about who Barrak Obama, the protege of Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers, and student of Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals – really is? But more than that in real-time, what does that really tell you about the state of the Democrat Party – which really is proving that they’re a pack of commies? So, about that...While Obama and team blue are showing their true-Marxists colors... noted super-lib who often sounds somewhat sensible these days because of how far left the Democrat donkey has traveled...Bill Maher had this to say on Friday... The cautionary tale of the ghost brand is an important one because it applies not only to business but also to politics. I fear the Democratic Party is at risk of becoming a ghost brand too. Like Sears, it used to be mighty and ascendant and popular. A company or a store that, like Sears, still exists, but only as a pathetic shell of its former self. The brands that make you say, 'Oh, they're still making that.' Because they screwed themselves out of relevance and now their logos haunt us, wandering, neither alive nor dead like Mitch McConnell. What happened? I don't know. What happened to Sears? It used to be synonymous with the American dream because it kept faith with what the customer wanted. Did we love Sears? No. But that was beside the point.
Takeaway #3: You just went.
On a personal note, I never had anything against Sears, but I never actually went into that store by choice. I remember being taken there once by my dad when he brought some tools back in the day. So, for me that analogy works, because I looked at the Democrat Party at a very early age and knew I wasn’t interested in patronizing that store (and actually my dad started out as a New York Democrat so that works too). Maher then got into some crude analogy about Playboy too that was lost on me, because that was never my thing, but he explained that apparently like the lost DNC they began putting trannies in the magazine and started talking about intersectionality? Are you serious? Who’d ever want to see or read such a thing other than the homosexual alphabet people who’ve denied God, science and reason and account for about 1% of population? And that’s also about the percentage of the overall U.S. population Democrats now cater too politically. It’s for this reason, and the destructive policies they pursue emphasizing high taxes, big government, government control, and government reliance over individual liberties. First it was my dad, later it was Elon Musk and now when you’re so far off the rails that you’ve lost Bill Maher – you know that the Democrat Party belongs in the dust bin of history. It’s now the party of Mamdani – a Marxist-Islamist (which, when you think about it, explains quite well why Obama is so keen). Tomorrow is going to be a telling day for the direction of the DNC and most certainly New York City (and by extension South Florida too – as my recent analysis showed that a Mamdani win would result in a mass migration from NYC that would only be slightly less than what was seen in the aftermath of the COVID lockdowns. It’s a hugely important day for New Jersey and Virigina for that matter too. Stay tuned...
