DeSantis Signs Death Warrant For The "I-95 Serial Killer"

A confessed killer will be put to death in Florida.

Governor Ron DeSantis signed the death warrant yesterday of Gary Ray Bowles.

The 57-year-old confessed to killing a man in Jacksonville Beach in 1994 and was sentenced to death.

He also pled guilty to three other murders and claims to have killed five other men.

One of his victims lived in Daytona Beach, and one lived in Nassau County.

All the victims were gay.

Bowles' execution is set for August 22nd at 6:00 p.m at Florida State Prison in Starke.
