Crowds Line Up Day Before Trump Rally in Orlando

The day before President Trump officially launches his reelection campaign and the line of supports outside Orlando's Amway Center is growing.

Roger is first in line. The Panama City Beach man drove eight hours to get to the venue and is a vocal supporter of the administration.

President Trump tweeted that more than 100,000 people have asked for tickets, but the venue holds fewer than 20,000. Large screens are being seat up outside to accommodate overflow crowds and a tailgate party will start at 10-a.m. Tuesday.

Protesters are getting ready for the event too. Several counter-demonstrations are being planned by Democrats, Latinos, and other groups. An inflatable balloon of President Trump as a baby is also being flown in for the rallies.

Police are bracing for big crowds all day and urge people to use public transportation.

Organizers are reminding Trump supporters that access to the venue will be first-come, first-serve and the doors open at 4-p.m.

The president is expected to take the stage after 8.
