A Miami swingers club has to pay dozens of professional models nearly $900,000 for using their sexy photos in their ad campaigns without their knowledge.
The club used over 32 of these models on their glossy fliers, websites, social media accounts without their permission in advertisements about partner swapping and sex parties.
Miami Velvet's legal team acknowledged the pictures were misused, but they argued what the ladies were asking for was too much.
The models' attorneys initially asked for $5.3 million.
After the jury deliberated for 2 hours they came back with the verdict of $892,500.
