Lawyer Claims Former City Administrator Committed Sexual Assault

The attorney representing a fired West Palm Beach city employee claims former City Administr Jeff Green sexually assaulted Sharagay Esposito.

The claim came up in a letter from Esposito's lawyer to the West Palm Beach City Attorney.

Green denies the allegations. He says he never had sex with Esposito and that she told his wife that she would be going to the press with made-up allegations because she wanted her job back.

The city commission is scheduled to vote Monday on whether to accept a $180,000 settlement deal with Esposito.
