250 More Contact Tracers Coming To Miami-Dade

Several South Florida mayors speaking out after Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez announces he's signed a 14-million-dollar deal to add an additional 250 contact tracers by years' end. During a pandemic-health experts say there should be 30 contact tracers for every 100-thousand people-meaning Miami-Dade should have about 800 contact tracers right now. Until recently, Miami Beach Mayor Dan Gelber says the county only had 170 now there are about 295. He says the county needs at least 800. He says if they don't get a handle on this spike now they could be forced to issue another stay-at-home order.
