The stepfather of a 16-year-old girl who was found murdered in a northwest Miami-Dade home 16 years ago is charged in connection with her killing. Police say 46-year-old Raul Mata was nabbed at his California home and charged with first-degree murder in the stabbing death of Dilcia Mejia. Assistant Chief Armando Aguilar says DNA evidence found on Mejia's neck at the scene led to the arrest. No word yet on a motive. Mata is being extradited to Miami-Dade to face charges.
