(Miami, FL) -- Airbnb is announcing new rental restrictions for the New Year's Eve holiday to contain the spread of coronavirus.
The company is preventing anyone without a history of positive reviews from making a one night reservation in Florida. They will also be cracking down on rental properties that could be used for parties.
Under similar restrictions during Halloween weekend, 40 listings in Florida were pulled for violating policies about large gatherings.
