The FDLE says a second arrest has been made in an investigation the agency dubbed "Operation NOT for sale by owner."

After charging 20-year old Palm Beach County resident Tabria Josey last week with defrauding more than 45 victims in six counties, another suspect has been busted.

22-year old Kiana Russell of Loxahatchee is accused of co-conspiring with Josey to steal nearly $300,000 from people who thought they were renting or purchasing homes.

The 25 properties are in Lee, Indian River, Palm Beach, Flagler, Orange and St. Lucie counties.

Investigators say there could still be more victims.
