A traffic alert is out for anyone heading to the Star-Spangled Spectacular July 4th celebration on Hollywood Beach tonight. Arrive earlier than usual-that's the message from city spokeswoman Joann Hussey since the Sheridan Street Bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway is closed and there is no public shuttle service this year. She suggests using a ride share service because parking lots are expected to fill up fast and furiously. Festivities begin at 5 o'clock tonight with the firework show starting at 9 p.m.
