The defunct Spirit Airlines' 8.3-acre Dania Beach corporate headquarters was sold for $93.25 million to a Boston-based hedge fund affiliate via a federal bankruptcy auction. The newly constructed campus, initially valued at $275 million, sold at a 66 percent discount following the airline's total cessation of operations on May 2, 2026.
A final approval hearing for the transaction is scheduled for August 19, 2026, with plans to repurpose the site as a multi-tenant office park.
