An outbreak of the dog flu has made its way to Palm Beach County. There are 100 confirmed cases in 12 counties across Florida, including at least one here, according to the University of Florida.
The local dog was infected during a dog event in Georgia.
The outbreak began in late May and veterinarians are suggesting pet owners bring their pets in for vaccinations if they spend any time around other dogs.
Symptoms of canine influenza include runny nose, fever and your dog may act lethargic, though some dogs with the flu won't show any signs of it.
