The Flagler Memorial Bridge has reopened with all of its lanes complete.
The new span running between West Palm Beach and Palm Beach has been under construction since September 2012.
The four lane bridge has 8-foot sidewalks and 10-foot bike lanes, along with a 21-foot vertical clearance for boaters.
The new bridge is set to last 75 years and it cost $106 million, according to the Florida Department of Transportation.
The project was plagued by several delays.
