7 New Veterans Affairs Facilities To Open In Florida

Vets Fight To Keep Hospital Opened

There will be some new Veterans Affairs facilities opening in Florida.  

The seven new VA medical offices are included in a veterans' health care bill that was approved by the U.S. House last week and is headed to the President's desk.  

The facilities will be in Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, Ocala, Tampa, Lakeland and Gainesville, where two new facilities will open.  

Around the nation, 28 new veterans health care facilities were approved by Congress.
