PBSO: Boys On ATV Ran Stop Sign Before Crash

While two boys recover from injuries sustained after their ATV was struck by a pickup truck in Loxahatchee Groves Sunday, authorities continue to investigate the crash and say the four-wheeler ran a stop sign and drove directly in front of the vehicle.

16-year old Barric Brown was driving the ATV on Tangerine Drive, at the corner of D Road, with 10-year old Anthony Tacker sitting behind him.  Investigators say they were struck by a Dodge Ram, driven by Cindy Graham.

Both kids were ejected from the all terrain vehicle, sustaining serious injuries and flown to a trauma center.

Charges are pending, according to the Sheriff's Office.
