With school starting Monday, there are a couple of back to school events in Palm Beach County over the weekend.
The town of Lake Park hosts its annual Back to School Explosion tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Town Hall on Park Avenue. Free backpacks and school supplies will be given out to 500 kids in grades K through 12.
Also offered at the event, free health screenings, haircuts and information on resources to help kids with academic success.

Also, the Palm Beach Outlets is hosting its Back to School event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
It's being called a celebration with live music for kids, face painting and fun activities for children before they head back to class.
