Update:
Jupiter's Police Chief Frank Kitzerow says 4-year old Dominic Caprio has been found and is safe.
At this time, we have no information regarding where he was, or why he was taken, but we'll post it as soon as it's available.
Earlier:
An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing four year old Jupiter boy who disappeared yesterday. The alert was put out just past midnight after police arrested Dominic Caprio's nanny, Blanca Castro in Miami-Dade County.
The boy's mother, Danielle Caprio, says she left her son at home with Castro around noon time Thursday and when she returned about an hour later, they were both gone.
Now Dominic, who just turned four yesterday according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, is believed to be with his grandparents, 60-year old Elizabeth Caprio and 64-year old Luis Caprio, and they may be traveling in a 2013 blue BMW 740-I with the Florida tag number CBDB47.
Dominic is white, three feet tall, with brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray pajama top with dinosaurs and green shorts and has a pinkish colored birthmark on the back of his neck.
Anyone with information should call Jupiter Police or 911.
