Voters in November approved the expansion of medical marijuana and the governor in June signed new legislation that establishes the framework for dispensing and using the drug. While the new law allows kids to use marijuana in school, each school district needs to come up with their own plan.
The Palm Beach County School District, according to reports, has not decided how to proceed.

Legislators voted not to allow smoking as a form of ingesting medicinal marijuana.
