A satanic symbol could be returning to Boca Raton in December.
City Commissioners Tuesday night decided not to vote on a proposed ban to restrict "expressive displays" in public places.
The large pentagram was displayed next to a manger at Sanborn Square over last year's holiday season, and it was vandalized several times.
A number of residents spoke out at the meeting, hoping for a change in the city's policy, but others say it's all about freedom of speech.
