Two Florida housing markets made a list of the top 10 where future home buyers are likely to make purchases.
According to real estate data firm Attom Data Solutions, Tampa-St. Pete comes in at number 6 and Jacksonville at number 9 when looking at the top 10 metro-areas across the country where people would buy and move into homes during the third quarter of this year.
The company looked at loan applications and other data from 122 metro areas.
Number one on this list is Colorado Springs, Colorado.
