Police in Boynton Beach have released the name of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Deputy who shot a woman before turning the gun on himself.
Investigators say Deputy Michael DeMarco opened fire on his victim Thursday morning, at the Inlet Harbor Club, off Federal Highway in Boynton Beach. He then killed himself.
The woman is in critical condition at Delray Medical Center and she is reportedly fighting for her life. Her name has not been released.
