A very sad ending to a tragic story involving a non-verbal austistic girl.
The body of 4-year old Chelsea Noel has been found. Port St. Lucie Police say she had been missing since running from her home on Saturday night. Her body was found in a lake nearby.
Investigators say the little girl became disoriented after leaving her home and she ran straight into the lake.
