Elusive Rooster Wanders Neighborhood Around The Station

I need your help to name this colorful fellow.  I had heard the crowing for days, but couldn't find him. 

Then, one day this week he appeared from beneath the bushes outside the Walgreens store just a short walk from the radio station.  

It's clear this rooster is not going anywhere, and I don't mind.  I'm only concerned about his safety, especially since we already have several cats running around in the parking lot.  

So, since he has set up residency, I'd like to give him a name.  That's where you come in.
