Which Sears & Kmart Stores Are Closing In Florida?

Now that Sears Holdings Corp. has released the locations of the stores it plans to close by the end of the year, we've been able to check and see if any Sears or Kmarts in Palm Beach County will be affected.

The answer to that question is "no."

The parent company of both stores filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and announced plans to shutter 142 stores. None of the eight stores being shuttered in Florida are in Palm Beach County or along the Treasure Coast.

The closest Kmart that will close is in Miami and the nearest Sears that is set to close is in Melbourne.
