More than 70 elderly people are left to find a new assisted living facility over the next month and a half.
Joseph's Village Senior Living in West Palm Beach is closing and the residents this week were given 45 days notice. The new owners of the property are turning it into an independent living facility.
The Florida Assisted Living Association says Joseph's is providing the minimum amount of notice required by state law, but some residents are saying they don't have enough time.
The executive director tells our CBS 12 partners that he is working to find everyone a place to live.
